Your only right is to view publicly available pages for personal, internal, non-commercial evaluation. 1.3 No assignment or transfer
Access to or use of this website does not transfer to you any ownership, title, or interest in any MASTROLABS IP. Any unauthorized use immediately terminates the limited viewing right described above.

3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 Exclusion of indirect damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will MASTROLABS or its officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to use) this website or any described product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
3.2 Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of MASTROLABS arising out of or related to your use of this website shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100), or the amount you paid to MASTROLABS, if any, in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
3.3 Basis of the bargain
The disclaimers and limitations in these disclosures are fundamental elements of the basis of the agreement between you and MASTROLABS and apply to all claims, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.
3.4 Exceptions and carve-outs
